Personal Scenario Planning

We usually think of scenario planning as an exercise for to decision-making by organizations or as a way to frame and facilitate public debate about major social issues. But as suggested by scenario planning gurus such as Peter Schwartz and James Ogilvy, scenario planning can also be a powerful personal development tool. Just as scenario planning can open up and invigorate the minds of organizations, it can also open up the minds of individuals as they consider the challenges and uncertainties of their own futures.
